The Association’s 33rd Annual General Meeting will begin at:

1. vote on amendments to the association’s bylaws;
2. vote on resolutions;
3. review the association’s financial statements;
4. receive reports of members of the Board of Directors and committees;
5. elect members to the Board of Directors;

Members wishing to have resolutions considered at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Donkey and Mule Association should forward their resolutions to Resolutions Chair Virginia Allen, CDMA Secretary, so that they reach Virginia by August 9, 2009. Nominations are open for nne Regional Representative to the CDMA Board of Directors in the province of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec.
Elections will take place in conjunction with the 2009 Annual Meeting. Terms for regional representatives are two years. Incumbent representatives can be nominated for re-election. Any member is entitled to nominate representatives for his/her province of residence only.
Nomination is open for AGM Secretary. Terms are three years for executive board.
Should you nominate more than one person, please duplicate the form.

Registration fee is $55/person. (Includes coffee, and the banquet)
